1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MeetSmart ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the MeetSmart platform and related services.

By accessing or using our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the service.

2. Description of Services

MeetSmart provides an AI-powered coaching intelligence platform that offers:

  • Automated session analysis and transcription
  • Client journey mapping and lifetime context management
  • Strategic coaching insights and recommendations
  • Administrative workflow automation
  • Calendar integration and booking management
  • Performance analytics and reporting

Our services are designed for professional coaches, coaching organizations, and related professionals to enhance their coaching practice through AI-powered technology.

3. User Registration and Accounts

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

MeetSmart offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations:

  • Starter Plan ($29/month): Up to 10 events, 50 bookings/month, basic AI reports
  • Professional Plan ($79/month): Up to 50 events, 200 bookings/month, advanced AI features
  • Enterprise Plan ($199/month): Unlimited events and bookings, priority support

Billing is processed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for any purpose other than professional coaching
6. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously and implement industry-standard security measures. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You retain ownership of your content and client data. We use this data solely to provide and improve our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The MeetSmart platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by MeetSmart and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

You retain all rights to your content and coaching materials uploaded to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you may lose access to your data after a reasonable retention period as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
